He will cover you with His feathers and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4 (NIV)
Life brings many fears to all of us. You may experience the fear of death, of losing a job, of the dark, of finances, of relationships, etc. Whatever you may go through, you can trust the Lord to cover you with His feathers and keep you "under His wings." You can learn from a little chick. If he is fearful, he runs to his mother and finds security "under her wings" as she spreads out her wings and protects her little chicks from any harm. Our Lord is like that...Did you know that you need to run to Him and then He will cover you with His love and protection? Psalm 91 gives us comfort and teaches us much about His protection. It is "under His wings" that you may seek refuge. he also tells you that he commands His angels to watch over you and guard you. What a comforting thought!
